Welcome to FitPrint (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website fit-print.me and related services.

- We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are processed directly by Stripe; we only receive a transaction confirmation and the last 4 digits of the card.
Health & Lifestyle Information
- Age, gender
- Weight, height, fitness goals
- Physical limitations or preferences
- Other onboarding responses
This information is used solely to generate your personalized plan.
We store your quiz answers, linked to your email address, so we can build and re-send your plan and improve the questions we ask. We ask for your explicit agreement before storing them, on the screen where you enter your email. We do not sell this information, and we never share your quiz answers with advertising platforms.

3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data for money. We do share a limited set of data with Meta for advertising (see Section 8), which some US state privacy laws treat as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

4. Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. By using the service, you acknowledge this risk.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your account details and quiz answers are kept until you ask us to delete them. Email support@fit-print.me and we will delete your personal details and quiz answers. Records of payments are kept after that for accounting and tax purposes, but are no longer linked to your name or quiz answers.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent.
Consumer health data. Some US states, including Washington and Nevada, give you specific rights over health-related information such as the weight, body and activity answers collected in our quiz. These include the right to know what we hold, to withdraw your agreement to us storing it, and to have it deleted. Use the contact address below and we will action the request.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and non-discrimination for exercising those rights.

7. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
8. Advertising & Analytics
We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, PostHog, and Vercel Analytics to measure performance and deliver relevant ads. These services may use cookies and tracking technologies. To limit how Meta personalizes ads to you, use the controls Meta provides in your Meta ad settings; you can also disable cookies in your browser at any time.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our service is intended for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
10. International Users & Data Transfers
FitPrint is operated from Poland. If you use the service from the United States or elsewhere, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the European Union and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and our service providers’ Data Processing Addendums where required.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated version.
12. Complaints
If you believe we have not complied with applicable privacy law, you may file a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or your local supervisory authority. California residents may contact the California Attorney General.
