All content provided by FitPrint, including plans, text, graphics and branding, is owned by FitPrint and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or exploit the content commercially.

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service responsibly, and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort. FitPrint is not responsible for improper use of the program or failure to follow safety guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitPrint shall not be liable for any injuries or health issues, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of results or dissatisfaction. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland. We encourage you to email support@fit-print.me first so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this clause limits any consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your state or country of residence (including small-claims rights for US consumers).
