14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your FitPrint plan, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email support@fit-print.me within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Include the email address you used at checkout and your order ID (from the receipt).
- We will confirm and process the refund via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
What is eligible
- Any one-time FitPrint plan purchase made within the last 14 days.
- Both PDF deliveries and bundled offers.
After the 14-day window
Refund requests after the 14-day window may still be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Email support@fit-print.me and we will do our best to help.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your state or country of residence.
